Applied Nutrition CARB-X is the smart solution for quickly and efficiently replenishing your energy stores. The supplement is based on high-molecular-weight, cyclic dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®), a modern carbohydrate source known for its rapid availability and good tolerability. Ingredients and Features
CARB-X consists of 100% highly branched cyclic dextrin, which is characterized by fast absorption and a consistent energy release. Unlike simple sugars, it provides a stable energy supply without sudden dips. It is gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan, and therefore versatile. Its high solubility allows the powder to be easily mixed with water or other supplements.
Application and Dosage
Mix one serving (approx. 25 g powder) with 500 ml of water and drink it before, during, or after your workout – whichever time you need the most energy. It also combines excellently with BCAAs, EAAs, or pre-workout supplements to customize your shake.
Who is this product suitable for?
CARB-X is ideal for strength athletes, endurance athletes, and anyone who wants to reliably replenish their energy stores during long or intense training sessions. It is also a useful supplement during periods of high energy demand, such as during competitions or intensive dieting phases.
