Ingredients and Features
Original Mass combines whey protein, milk protein, and soy protein with complex carbohydrates from maltodextrin and oat flakes. Each serving provides approximately 50g of carbohydrates, 30g of protein, and a moderate amount of healthy fats. The powder is easily soluble, has a creamy taste, and is versatile – it can be prepared with both water and milk.
Application and Dosage
