Mix 1 portion of the product (25 g = 1 measuring spoon = 2 heaped tablespoons) in a blender bottle with 300 ml of water. After shaking the blender bottle, leave the product to stand for about a minute until the foam has settled. Treat yourself to it whenever you feel like something really refreshing!
