Description
The Chiba Strongman wrist bandage in red offers targeted protection and stability for the wrists during heavy strength training. It reduces the risk of injury, relieves the joint, and supports correct movement during intensive workouts.
Material and properties

Application and Dosage
Before training, wrap tightly around the wrist and fasten the Velcro closure securely. The bandage should fit snugly without restricting blood circulation. Store dry and clean after training.
