Shipping processing

All shipments leave our warehouse no later than the next business day after payment confirmation. After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Alternatively, you can also view the status of your order in your customer account.

Note:
It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking data to be available from the shipping service provider.

Notice Regarding Specific Products

Some items in our range (e.g. beverages subject to deposit) are subject to deposit and take-back obligations in accordance with §§ 31 et seq. of the Packaging Act (VerpackG). These products are exclusively intended for the German market and cannot be shipped abroad. Accordingly, they are only visible and orderable for customers with a delivery address in Germany.

Right of return

14-day right of withdrawal

If you're not satisfied or you've received something defective/incorrect – no stress.

You have a relaxed 14 days to cancel your order.

The deadline begins as soon as you (or a person designated by you) has the package in your hands.

The notification must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
You will then receive all further information regarding the return directly from us.

What happens next?

If the fault lies with us.
(e.g. wrong item, defective goods)
you will receive a free return label from us.

If you simply don't want to keep the order.
you will cover the return shipping costs yourself.

As soon as the goods have arrived and been checked by us, you will receive your money back within 3 working days.
The refund will be made in the same way you paid.

If the goods have been used or damaged beyond normal inspection, a portion of the purchase price may be withheld.
