In addition, Carbonox contains L-arginine and a complex of vitamins and minerals that promote energy metabolism and optimally support the body during and after intense exertion. The powder is easily soluble and can be easily dissolved in water or sports drinks.

Carbonox combines rapidly available carbohydrates with L-arginine, vitamins, and minerals. This nutrient combination contributes to the restoration of normal muscle function after very intense or prolonged physical activity and supports the regeneration of depleted glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The powder is vegan, free of unnecessary additives, and allows for flexible, needs-based dosage.
Application & Dosage
Mix one 30g serving in 200-300ml of water and drink immediately after training to optimally supply the muscles with carbohydrates and micronutrients. For maximum effect, it is recommended to additionally consume carbohydrates from other sources within the first four hours after exertion. The dosage can be adjusted to individual body weight, but the recommended daily amount should not be exceeded.
