Peak Micellar Casein (900g) is a high-quality, slow-digesting protein powder specially designed for the long-term supply of amino acids to the body. Application & Dosage
One serving (approx. 30 g) is mixed into 300 ml of water or low-fat milk and preferably taken before bedtime or during longer periods without food. It is perfect as a "Night Protein" or as a filling meal between workouts.
