Peak Shredded To The Bone contains a combination of caffeine, L-carnitine, green tea extract, beta-alanine, and tyrosine. Caffeine provides a powerful energy boost and increases mental alertness, while L-carnitine supports fat mobilization. Green tea extract and tyrosine contribute to supporting energy metabolism and concentration. Beta-alanine helps delay muscle fatigue, allowing for longer and more intense workouts.
Application & Dosage
One serving (approx. 12 g powder) is dissolved in 300–400 ml of water and drunk about 20–30 minutes before training. For beginners, a half serving is recommended initially to test personal tolerance. Due to the high caffeine content, intake in the late afternoon or evening should be avoided.
