JUMBO was developed from whey protein. Dietary proteins are a source of nitrogen and essential amino acids that the body needs for the growth and maintenance of body tissues*. That is why JUMBO contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.* Whey protein from milk is a so-called complete protein because it provides the body with all the necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids (histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine) which are essential for life and should be taken into account because the body cannot synthesize them.

Determining the nutritional effectiveness of protein in a diet is in most cases based on assessing the extent to which dietary protein nitrogen is taken up and absorbed by the body and how it can compensate for estimated daily nitrogen losses. Net Protein Utilisation (NPU) is the percentage of ingested nitrogen that is retained by the body, while Biological Value (BV) indicates the percentage of absorbed nitrogen that is retained. Thus, biological value is the result of physiological utility and digestibility. Whey protein has good digestibility and amino acid composition, making its biological value high compared to other protein sources such as meat, fish, eggs and soy.

JUMBO is characterized by its "6-carbohydrate" blend, which includes oat flour, Palatinose™ and waxy maize. The "JUMBO" extra ingredient matrix provides a good portion of our proprietary "CREA-BOMB multi-component creatine matrix"! It has been scientifically proven that a dosage of just 3g of creatine daily increases physical performance during explosive strength training as part of consecutive, short-term, intense physical activities such as weight training or cardio intervals*.

We have added additional amino acids beyond those derived from protein, including essential ones. In the "supportive complex" you will find magnesium in amounts that support normal protein synthesis, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal function of the nervous system (neurotransmission and muscle contraction including the heart muscle), normal energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and play a role in cell division.* Finally, we have added BioPerine®, a patented black pepper extract.

Dissolve 1 serving of Jumbo (220 g = 4 measuring spoons) in 400 ml (one measuring spoon = 100 ml) of water and take daily after training.
