Ingredients & Features
The powder contains whey and casein proteins for a continuous supply to the muscles, supplemented by complex carbohydrates such as maltodextrin and dextrose to provide energy for intensive training sessions. Each serving is optimally dosed, free of unnecessary additives and additionally provides vitamins and minerals that support muscle growth and regeneration.
Application & Dosage
Mix one serving (approx. 100 g powder) in 400–500 ml of water or milk and drink after training or between meals. For maximum results, the intake can be spread over 2–3 servings daily to optimally meet protein and calorie requirements.
